ISSEY MIYAKE U.S.A. accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain items, including fragrances and final sale pieces, are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
