This cap features a geometric pleated structure made using the Steam Stretch* technique. The unique design has a completely flat shape that turns into a three-dimensional form that fits the head when the hat is worn. There is a drawcord at the back to adjust the size around the head. The hat is washable in water.
*The “Steam Stretch” technique shrinks cloth by applying hot steam in order to create unique stretch materials. Special threads shrunken with heat are woven with other threads, and then only the special thread parts shrink when the steam is applied. By only shrinking the intended parts of the piece of woven cloth, three-dimensional patterns and shapes are created and the garment is completed.
